It’s about maintaining a balanced lifestyle by making small changes and committing to them (most of the time…nobody’s perfect). The services I offer are designed to help you achieve that balance without sacrificing everything else in your life.

I will learn about you and your everyday life and develop coaching based on your individual needs and wants.
I became a Personal Trainer because I wanted to use my life experience as an obese person to help others. Since I began Personal Training, I have helped clients ranging from 8 to 80 that come from many walks of life. To name a few examples, I’ve trained a young athlete that needed to lose 30 lbs, a busy mom that wanted to get control of her nutrition and feel great about herself and an obese man that was in a coma for 8 days and has a body that is half titanium.
When you become one of my Personal Training clients, I learn about your health history, determine your weight and body fat, and help you set goals. Your exercise program is based not only on what will get you results, but also things you enjoy doing.
Food Prep Lessons
As a former chef, I have a major passion for food! If you are struggling to lose weight it could very well be because of nutrition. My Food Prep lessons are available as an added service to help you not only learn about healthy cooking, but also enjoy it! Doesn’t matter if you love to cook or dread it, a Food Prep lesson can help you plan better and simplify your meal prep.
